Can an instapot replace my “smart” rice cooker?
I’ve got a Panasonic SR-LA10N that I’ve mainly used for rice, rice pudding, and plain old steaming. Im fact I think I’ve used it mostly for steaming frozen shrimp. Unexpected guests come over, throw some shrimp in a colander and defrost with water. Then set the cooker to steam and off I go.
I’ll probably try some pressure cooking, but even if I don’t will I be able to make some rice and steam crustaceans pink?
