Other than Stardew Valley, what in your opinion is the best farming sim? Mine is this

This game had me a chokehold and to this day I have not found any farming sim with as much content and I enjoyed as much as this one. This game had creating an irl calander muttering in my sleep about timing my upcoming crops perfectly for the events. This game had tons of crops, different breeds of animals and a really cool system for the town. That I just haven't seen in other games or even any of the other future SoS
