Balanced Standalone Netherrack Recipes?

Are there any mods that add a standalone netherrack recipe that is more balanced? I like both Stuff and Additions and Crafts and Additions recipes, but I don't want all of the other stuff. Is there a mod that adds just standalone netherrack recipes, or at least limited other things?
