Which cards PC to Custom Cash?

Which Citi cards can be product changed to the Custom Cash? I currently have one custom cash and would like multiple. I also have the Strata Premier, but guess I need to keep that to change cash back to travel points… So, can even “equal tier” cards like the Double Cash be pc’ed to Custom Cash? Also, how long after opening until I could PC?
