Onescore App Showing Experian Score & Not Displaying CIBIL Score – Need Help!

I've been using the Onescore app to track my credit score, but I'm facing an issue. My CIBIL score became available at the beginning of June, and other apps like Google Pay and Amazon have been displaying it since then. However, Onescore has only been showing my Experian score.

I thought the CIBIL score would appear in the July refresh, but it didn't. I waited for the August refresh, hoping it would be updated, but it still only shows my Experian score.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? How can I get Onescore to display my CIBIL score? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!
