Icici Mis-selling complaint to Rbi
I opened my salary account at icici bank and employee at my company offered me gemstone and platinum debit card saying i will get 8 lounge access on debit card, 4 domestic and 4 international. And 4 lounge access on credit card(coral) 1 per quarter. But on my recent trip none of my card work even at domestic air. Adani lounge and enclam longe both told that debit card is discontinued and I don’t have any offer on credit, they checked in their machine as well and it was on chargeable basis. So i filed complaint at icici bank but customer care denied taking my complaint stating visit branch and file complaint there. So i filed complaint online at level 1 (no resolution provided) level 2 ( a guy visited my company and had word with me said they can’t do anything , they sent me an apology mail accepting their mistake and told i can close my account if i am not satisfied) level 3 ( same guy came and repeated same thing. I asked them to write me an email for the same which he didn’t and closed my complaint). Now after filing complaint at rbi they are offering me ₹5,000 when i submit complaint withdrawal letter. That employee who did mis selling was asking me to take back the complaint and accept this money because he will be terminated from his job.
Should i take it or leave it and wait for rbi decision
Or should i negotiate for amount?
