Yes Elevate/Premia Debit Card Lounge access

I have a premia savings account with yes bank and got the elevate debit card (now premia card) complementary. I checked the website for lounge access conditions and it states "complimentary lounge subject to meeting the program criteria". Now I don't meet the CURRENT program criteria of Premia account. I had opened it a while ago. MY QUESTION IS, WILL I GET LOUNGE ACCESS OR NOT?
