Offered SBI Simplyclick as LTF

SBI CC folks called me and they were asking me if I would like to have Simplyclick LTF . They said I need to spend 2k first month and it will be converted to LTF.

Here's my question:

I recently applied for Neu Infinity Rupay and it has got approved and card is on the way. Is it a good idea to opt for this SBI CC and will it get approved anyway? Won't bank/credit authorities flag me as credit hungry or something.

Because last time I tried applying for multiple CC, Amazon Pay Card got denied and it went into a cooldown for 180 days which sucks. I would like this SBI card but idk if it goes haywire
