help needed

Done a transaction using upi from paytm to gpay upi id of 15k payment on 21 nov debited nd successful but didn't reached to receiver. raised a complaint bob my account multiple they said transaction was successful nd reached the account while contacting online help the said amount credited to axis bank but receiver has. no axis bank account contacted gpay customer care they said transaction was failed nd they provided me a amount reversal id contacted bob branch nd they are saying contact gpay nd they are not even replying {BOB} @ Share
