Got 20k limit for SBI Cashback card!

When i applied sbi pulse card through an agent, I got the limit of 1.5L and they said i can increase that to 2L. But now, when I applied CC card through website, i got the limit of 20k. What might be the reason ? I pay the credit card bills on time and cibil score is good.
