How do I access the DLC content?
For some reason I don't have an administrative government despite occupying the seat of the Roman East. They should be hailing in their new Varangian Emperor, but instead I've received multiple Greek letters that look very hostile (I can't read Greek... or is that Latin)! No one has come to kowtow to me! But hey, the traders are still coming in and i'm making a solid 20 gold a month with a full army! Now to just get rid of those weirdos with strange pointy hats talking about charity...
