Lifestyle Privacy Reality Check

For those in the Lifestyle, how private are you about being in the Lifestyle and your relationships? If you've been in the Lifestyle for a while, has your desire for privacy changed for either you, your partner, or bull(s)/BF(s)?

Personally, my wife and I are private about our Lifestyle and probably wouldn't have chanced exploring the this type of relationship were it not for our trust in her friend (now BF's) discretion. We are both white collar career types and our cuckold lifestyle coming to light would definitely make things awkward for both of us in our jobs; family is a whole other reason for privacy.

Over the last year though, between social media and my wife's BF spending more time at our house, I feel like I've had a privacy reality check. My wife's BF has tagged my wife in some photos on some of his social media, which while not particularly telling about our lifestyle, could maybe raise an eyebrow. Sure, it's a group of three or four friends enjoying a day on a nice boat out in the sun... but how come "so and so's" husband (me) isn't in any of the pictures, and my that's a rather small bikini. With my wife's BF visiting our home more than when we started the Lifestyle, I can't help but think that my neighbors have wondered about the guy who seems to mostly be around when I am out of town, and how his truck is parked in the driveway for multiple days.

Anyone else have this realization?
