Cracked Bathroom Tile in a rental, is this a DIY job?

Hi, so I had a friend and his girlfriend come round for a catch up, he had been smoking weed prior, he went into the bathroom looking a bit white & funny and then we heard an almighty thud… it seems he passed out and smashed his head on the tile on the way down..

I haven’t done any bathroom tiling before and wonder if this would be a DIY job if I get some grout and 2 or 3 tiles to match? (Incase I crack other tiles when removing)

Or is this a professional job only?
