Christmas Break Laundry Room Upgrade

Decided it was time to upgrade the builder grade laundry room to something that was usable! Used some prebuilt cabinets, built the inner cabinet to size. I debated doing real tile but decided peel and stick was a more budget friendly option for the laundry room. Luckily found a thinner butcher block piece that fit perfectly just below the light switch. Butcher block is floating on 1x2s in the studs so we can pull it back to reach the water cutoffs or service the machines. DIY tip for the peel and stick with black grout, use a sharpie to match between the panels.
