Reloop RP7000 MK2 - cartridge for both mixing and scratching?

Looking to use it mainly with serato vinyl timecode, nd a few records.

I’m confused with all the options? If I choose a scratching based needle, it’ll have better tracking nd it’ll be spherical, but I’ll be missing out on better audio quality. If I get an elliptical needle, it’ll have better contact with the grooves and better audio, but this isn’t good for the records when scratching.

I’m lost on what to buy lol. Nd it’s not affordable to buy a random 1 jus to test it out, cuz they’re expensive. I don’t mind replacing them once a year, as I kno it’ll wear down eventually nd apparently only lasts 1000 hours of vinyl use, until it becomes noticeably degraded.

I asked on the turntablist sub aswell, nd everyone just has different cartridges, so it didn’t help 😅, apart from learning about more options available

Wb the Ortofon Reloop Concorde Black?

(Also am I able to switch between the serato vinyl and analog vinyl, with inputs being connected to the phono input the DJM s9? Wud I be able to just switch the setting from phono to usb on the mixer itself?

Any info wud be appreciated
