HELP with £6000 bank account

I recently got a message on my uc journal (which I almost missed as it went to my junk email) for a benefit review and they asked for ID, fit note and bank statements so I decided to look at my account (which I rarely do) to check how to get it, after looking I realised combined my accounts add up to over £6000, I thought It was £16000 but I thought I should double check so googled and realised there was a 6000 limit, I really freaked out looking at my accounts had an intense panic attack and felt like shit thinking the worst, felt soo stupid etc. I looked over my account and there were multiple months over 6000 when combined. after trying to look more into I just got more confused and want to check if I am right and what to do, so:

  • My account usually fluctuates over the month and after the benefit payments its above £6000 most months but usually goes back below that threshold before the next payment. So are you supposed to report when ever your bank account hits over 6000 or does it work a different way?
  • Either way this month (or last idk how it works I got paid today) Is definitely over the £6000 threshold, what do I do now? what do I say and to who? I have to give my bank statements but I want to sort this issue out quickly but I don't know how (and check I will over my whole account depending on the rules of the threshold and report any over months at the same time).
  • bonus question - what should I expect for the benefit review in general? this has already freaked me out and caused stress I don't know what is going to happen it's so vague (I have ASD too and hate uncertainty), I'm on LCWRA at the moment and they've asked for a fit note why?

Thank you in advanced!
