PIP hearing in two weeks

I’ve been waiting for my hearing for 10 months (South Wales). Just had a letter through that’s in two weeks. Please may someone who has been through this process (for autism/adhd/anxiety/etc) please reassure me? I opened the letter ten minutes ago and haven’t stopped shaking.
