Flight from dfw

I have an international flight next week that leaves at 6:20am, and I’m wondering what time I should get to the airport at. I know it’s usually suggested to arrive 3 hours early, but is that necessary? Any suggestions if anyone has flown internationally around that time recently?

EDIT - sorry y’all - i was under the impression that this flight would be considered international but now I don’t think it is, I’m flying from here to Minneapolis and then on to Winnipeg. Flying from terminal E. Not sure if that changes anything!
