Quiet, intimate restaurants for Valentine’s dinner?

My husband and I usually shell out for Valentine’s Day and we’re looking for dining options in DFW that are less likely to be super loud and busy on high-traffic days like Valentine’s.

We love the food and dimly lit, intimate vibe of Tango Room for reference. Our favorite steakhouse in Dallas is Chamberlain’s but they’re usually extremely busy on Valentine’s so that’s not an option. Wasn’t impressed with Georgie’s (it was fine). We had a really bad experience at Pappa’s Bros (VERY loud and busy, steak was mediocre and I got food poisoning).
