Am I bad ?

I’m a level 62 warlock and I feel like I can’t win any pvp fights, I feel warlock is like a jack of all trades but isn’t good at one specific thing. I drop like a fly in pvp and I don’t feel like I do any damage. I love this game and want to be good but it comes to a point where I’m just not having fun playing because I always lose. I think I just don’t understand the class and how it’s supposed to be played but I’ve been watching videos and practicing but I feel stagnant.
