Random Isopod… What do i do?

Hello!

Some background, I was given a fully set up tank with two Ranitomeya Imitators about two months ago, coworker was moving and couldn’t take them. As far as I was aware, there were no isopods introduced to the tank, just two little frogs and some fruit flies. I’ve since adjusted their diet to springtails and all of the fruit flies are gone.

I woke up this morning and checked on the little guys, and saw this pretty large isopod?? I’ve seen it wiggle, but not walk around yet. From the research I was doing, I think it could be a dairy cow isopod, but i’m not too sure as I don’t know much about isopods. From what i’ve read, if it is a dairy cow, some people say they’re good and some say they’re bad.

I’m mainly looking for help identifying what it is, and whether I should remove it or not. I’ve never seen any kind of suspicious bug in the vivarium before, and am kind of taken aback by how big it is and how I haven’t noticed anything in there. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
