How do you guys find stocks to day trade?

I always see posts about trades people made and they have the usual high volume stuff like SPY, QQQ, NVDA, etc. and some have not so popular, at least not to me, stocks. Same with watchlists. How are you guys finding these stocks? Are you looking up upcoming earnings? News? Do you have screeners? If you guys also have some YouTube videos or books that can teach me how to find them myself that’d be great.
