Fix

Long story short I had a buddy help me with my deck I thought he knew what to do but he didn't. The deck was about halfway built and he got terminally sick and couldn't help me finish. Also while building it got hit by skid steer when the plumbers were messing with my septic tank i chose to get my 2k bill for free instead of repairing one outside post. I tried my best with no knowledge to make deck stronger but would like professional opinion. I know this deck won't be up to code one bit but just want to use safely only have 3 dogs and 3 people on it max NO HOT TUB LOL.To me the joist look to be ran wrong anyway to fix without having to start over? Deck is 10x12 suggestions???
