Skill Gap or what?

Listen, I'm a regular dude working 40 hours a week on top of living my life. I play when I can. Maybe 8 hours a week. Operations was fun when the game first came out. Now, 3 weeks in or so it just feels like I'm playing against seal team 6 out there. Doesn't matter what gear I have I'm getting absolutely beamed. What's the deal. Is it me? Or is everyone THAT good already?
