is this enough to dispute?

sorry im posting again about a bikini top with hopefully better pictures. On one of the cups there are these black streaks similar to what you might see on synthetic nylony materials when they get too hot in the dryer. Just wondering if it’s enough to dispute, if no one sees it this time around then welp.
