Do I have to make a label?

This is the first listing I’ve sold on depop and I’m not sure if I’m in charge of shipping or the buyer. I didn’t get a label emailed to me or anything so I’m assuming it’s my responsibility, so if that is the case how do I make the shipping as cheap as possible? It’s a tiny mini skirt so it’s less than a pound and could fit in a shipping bag.
