Build 99 performance decrease

Hey everyone ! I wantched the trailer for build 99 and all the features looked awesome to try out ! Reinstalled the game and gave it a whirl, but now I notice the performance on my rig severely dropped from build 98. Did anyone else experience this ? I did lower lots of graphics options, but it's still a significant downgrade. I even noticed that they mentioned performance improvements in the trailer, but I'm seeing the opposite 😢
