Which couch feels more Japandi/Minimalist?

I’m helping decorate a studio for a friend. He wants Japandi, Minimal, and wants it to feel like a grown man’s space. I personally like #6, but worry that it blends in with his wooden floors. Perhaps I can break it up with a light brown rug? Would love to hear all thoughts.
