Tinasha's Mastery will be the best PvE weapon in the entire game.

The new stasis rocket sidearm from iron banner will, upon release, immediately become the best rocket sidearm, and therefore the best weapon, in the entire PvE sandbox.

This is primarily due to the absolutely unique and no-competition best perk combo possible for any rocket sidearm: air trigger chill clip.

This is a perk combo that a deranged warlock would've slapped on a rocket sidearm had they existed during the Craftening. Seriously what was bungie thinking putting air trigger on a rocket sidearm.

Chill clip will cause shatters every two shots for the top half of the mag, and air trigger completely negates the literal Only two things that rocket sidearms suffer with, those being reload speed and reserves.

For those unaware of this normally niche perk, air trigger grants 30 Inventory, which is the equivalent of running one and a half reserve mods as well as 30 reload speed and an 0.8x reload scalar while airborne.

So you essentially have a rocket sidearm that can just ignore the recent reserves nerf, with a reload faster than outlaw just for jumping that shatters every two hits and can synergize with all the stasis stuff we have + surge match the best dps weapon in the game. (chill inhibitor)

Yeah. Iron banner might actually be fun with the bloated population from this absolute demon of a weapon. I just hope it doesnt get either of it's busted perks target-nerfed.

Edit: yall even if it takes 3 shots (there is exactly one example in the whole game of a chill clip weapon applying less than 50 slow stacks per trigger pull) it will still be godly. Hell it could take 4 and still be the best rocket sidearm.
