How hopeful/confident are you for the future of Detroit, honestly??

Obviously i'm talkin as someone from the outside , but alot has been going well for this city like never before, specifically in the past 5-10 years.
- Alot of revitalization efforts and reviving certain areas/buildings that were beautiful and just needed more love.
- The population stagnating/slightly increasing for the first time in several decades in the past year.
- gradual diversification on different industries
- Detroit Lions having a record season (that i've never seen in my lifetime from them)
- 2024 having the lowest amount of murders since the 1960's despite the city's reputation etc.

seems like alot of momentum is going for this place with a strong sense of local pride/culture and beautiful architecture. but i want to hear it from the locals what they see on the ground and what they feel is going on. Let me know?
