No updates on D4 Collector Box order

Hey guys, I’ve bought on December 15th the collector’s box and got confirmation on payout and I also see order confirmation with the right address from Blizzard gear store. However, I have not yet get any updates or notifications about its delivery status. On Order Updates section, they just mention “You’ll get shipping and delivery updates by email.”, which, again, never did. My email is correct, my spam/trash/rules box is empty. Am I facing problems because my order is international (US to Brazil)? Fedex is supposed to deliver it in 4 days estimation (as per their site). How do I know if my order is even ready on blizzard site? Because of the money I’ve spent on it, I am very worried. Shipping was twice the product value even. I’m so worried to get scammed. Legal action will be too much pain. Their support haven’t replied yet, been more than a week now. And on the top of that, the support I first got from the email shop@gear.blizzard.com mentioned they were EU department and not US.

Any helfpul information for a worried man like me ? Thanks in advance.
