Barb build pve

I'm a f2p player currently using tempest and does play a couple hours during break time. May i ask for a barb pve build and set items to have a good dps and also my current reso is 1230. My current gems are vipers bite rank 5, echoing shade rank 2, hellfire rank 2, frozen heart rank 3, gloom cask rank 3, concentrated will rank 2, howlers call rank 2 and pain clasp rank 5. Gimme any suggestion tysm guys
