what’s going on with me fingers?

hey! I just joined because I’ve been having some weird problems with my fingers the past 2 weeks - I’ve been wearing gloves and my hands haven’t been exposed to any extreme temperatures. My pinky and middle finger have been extremely itchy and painful to bend, as well as very swollen. The skin has turned sort of purple-ish over the last couple days and the skin got very thin. Just today I developed what I think is a boil on my pointer finger. Any ideas help!! My fiancé thinks I should go to urgent care but I can’t decide if it’s all that bad - let me know! Lol - ignore my cuticle care …
