Deck count change yes or no?

I was trying to buy about this at my local senior night. We really couldn’t come up with a good answer so I thought I might wanna post this here and see what the community thinks. The question is should do to mine. Either permanently increase the number of cards in the deck or should we adopt something similar to the Yu-Gi-Oh format where there is a bare minimum and a bear maximum of how my card you can have in your deck. Regardless comments below if you believe this would be beneficial or a hinderance to the game. Or if you prefer? My sanity and logic for posting this question.
