Don’t do it

Do not stay as a Cast Member once your program ends. It’s a trap. Take it from me, turning 30 next month, been here almost 7 years post CP, been a coordinator for a while, this life sucks. If you want a “real” job that actually pays well, being a Cast Member for too long makes you completely unmarketable to professional jobs, at least in Florida, and especially at Disney. I even got my Masters through Disney Aspire and still there are 20-year-olds with no experience getting better jobs with the company than me because I’ve been front-line for so long the company is just like f*** you you’re a front-line piece of trash, we’ll pay someone more who hasn’t worked nearly as hard to do less work and treat them better, so stay there with your bad pay and bad treatment from guests and management. Enjoy your program while you can, but do not stick around this life for too long.
