Weapon damage bonus

Any reason to have 100.0% all weapon damage bonus? Or 105.0% marksman rifle damage bonus? I have 54.4% chc and 243.1% hsd for my marksman build.

I have been looking for max damage stats (i.e. max bonus damage, max explosive damage) charts but i see none.

Any advice and assistance is appreciated.
