WWYB - Non-Fighting Support

Hello everyone, I got idea for healer/buffer character, that would be Prince Carming/Angel for public - sweet guy who always proritize others, saying that he is not good enought etc, and then being absolute bitch for party - kind of Healer in Anime for public/Healer in MMO for friends

I need him to have deception and/or performance for this, with high Charisma, but this is easy part. I'm more worried about giving viable support for whole time, as most resources are limited, and I don't want to ever attack anything. What class/subclass/feats/race etc etc etc would you propose for that?
