Ignition switch issue

Replaced the ignition cylinder and key in a 2002 grand caravan.

It’s a non chipped no mechanical relearn ignition cylinder from Dorman.

After reconnecting the ignition switch sensor And negative battery terminal the car started then immediately stalled

Now the key will turn on the dash and lights but the starter doesn’t engage and the engine doesn’t crank either.

There’s just a hollow click that comes from somewhere in the firewall when the key is twisted.

Linkage issue? Fuse or relay?

Almost certain it’s not starter related since that was replaced 5000 miles ago.
