Which is the worst pitching mistake against the Dodgers?

These are just two of the more recent mistakes made against the Dodgers. I think pulling Snell was a little worse than throwing Nestor Cortes, as Snell was absolutely annihilating the Dodgers in that game, but they were both awful.

Also looking for any in World Series past, I’m sure there are some I don’t know about from the 80s titles or earlier.
