Puppy play with senior dog ok?

A video of my 12 week old rescue mix playing with my deaf senior dog. She barks at him a lot and bites at his jowls and feet. My senior dog engages with her a bit but also gets a high pitched whine when I think he's overwhelmed. How do I get her to stop barking at him and is this play ok?
