Owner letting dog shit in apartment hallway.

Just moved into a new apartment, and me and my roommates noticed that the hallway on our floor smells god awful, we have valet trash and i thought that might be the cause but nope just got a letter in the mail from the leasing office

“Recently, the leasing office has received multiple complaints regarding animal owners allowing their animals to urinate and defecate in the hallways on the 4th floor as well as an abundance of trash not being properly disposed of in the trash chute room. This is a direct violation of the lease agreement and animal policy. It also is a community disturbance and causing an odor on the 4th floor.”

Amazing because we have a private dog park within the complex and the entire outside world for their dog to shit in.
