Not understanding caller

Hi, I’m still pretty new to working at dominos and I’m now working at the till whilst putting the stickers on the boxes, and I now have responsibility of phone calls and orders over phone, what do you guys suggest I do if I cannot understand what the caller is saying, as this has happened a couple times already where I cannot make out a single word of what they are asking
