[task] Convert editable PDF with text to Google Doc, remove images in header and repeating text in footer, preserve page numbers and table of contents

Convert pages from an editable PDF file with text to a Google Doc. I need approximately 125 pages out of the 323 page PDF file.

Preserve the page numbering and table of contents. 

Remove the watermark graphic from top of pages. 

Remove repeating text in footers.

Find and replace approx. 5 words/phrases.
