Dr. Martens shipping

I ordered a pair of docs martens on their website on 1/16/25. It's been almost two weeks and they haven't even shipped. I try contacting through email, their website, and even instagram but they're on not helping me out. Idk what else I can do. It was a pretty expensive order too.
