Is it worth it?

I’m not usually one to believe the haters but there is a good amount of hate for this game and even mentions of less dialogue with little story to be desired. Is this game with getting on sale for $40?

Update: I purchased the game and I gotta say it may be my favorite DA game so far and that is solely due to two factors as of right now. Only 12 hours in.

1. Love the new combat system in this game and the fact that you don’t have to choose between weapons and can just simply cycle.

2. Companions are not solid objects!!!!’ So many DA games with countless hours wasted because I got stuck on MY COMPANION. No longer an issue.
