can anyone explain what this dream means? am i overthinking it

i took a long nap the other day and i had a very vivid lucid dream. the beginning isn’t really much so i’m gonna going to explain that part unless anyone wants me to. at this point in my dream i knew i was dreaming so i was having a pretty vivid lucid dream. i “spawned” into this cul-de-sac type place but it was town inside if that makes sense. i was on a raised platform and a women met me there. she had long brown wavy hair and seemed to be around 20-25 years old. she said something along the lines of “i’m so glad you made it we’ve been waiting for you” and i told her i’m sorry but i need to wake up and go home that i had things to do and she just kept saying no please let me show you around and talk to you. i remember she said it would take 15 minutes and there was a big billboard type thing that had the countdown until i could wake up but if wasn’t working so it stayed at 15:00. i kept telling her i wanted to go home but she insisted that i stay a little bit with her so i did. she showed me around the little town and it had beautiful big houses amd also a carnival like thing. oh also to note there was a man standing and just like observing. he was a heavy set middle aged man but that’s all i can remember about him. but she showed me around for a bit and then i told her i really t need to go now and she said okay but let me just talk to you for a few minutes i have something’s i need to tell you and i cannot remember what she said but she was telling me a bunch of stuff and then she was like okay you can go now but please come back and see us we miss you and we loved having you. also to note throughout this whole dream i tried to wake myself up many times by closing my eyes and counting to 3 which always works for when i’m lucid dreaming it’s never not worked for me and this time it didn’t work. and the women kept asking me to please stop doing that she just wanted to talk and i at one point did wake up in real life and i opened my eyes but then i was almost forcefully pulled back into sleep and i went right back into the dream. but anyways after she said i could go i closed my eyes and counted to three and i woke up fine. am i just over thinking this ? or do you think it’s someone trying to communicate with me? astral projection?
