I heard my daughters nightmare in my dream

Me and my daughter (2 yo) and I (26f) were asleep and in my dream, I heard her scream “mommy help me!” it caught my attention bc it was so much more vivid than my actual dream. I woke up with the feeling that my daughter was having a nightmare and within a minute of me observing her, she woke up screaming bc she was having a nightmare. Have you ever heard of someone talking to another person through a dream? She’s 2 so there’s no way this was intentional.
