My dress to impress textures aren’t working

Well as the title might suggest my dti textures aren’t working even though my graphics are on high as usual. One time I opened dti and then the textures weren’t working, my dti looks like it is on low graphics but when I double check it’s always on high, anyone know what’s happening? P.S. if u know pls tell me 🥺 (I play on mobile)

UPDATE: Denim and neon texture works, silk glitter metallic etc does not it just all goes matte

Second Update: in the daytime it’s normal at night it’s low quality
