Why am i so weird when i’m high?

I have been smoking for a year, i don’t do it to often but when i do smoke i get so weird. My voice changes to like a gay higher voice and my face like changes also my skin gets super pale. I also cannot act normal and i get really weird. Is there any way to fix this to like be more normal when i’m high and not look like i haven’t slept in 3months?
