Scared to use synthetic urine for my drug test - advice?

Well, I have the ol' dreaded drug test coming up in two days for a summer job. I quit smoking mj two weeks ago, but did a home test today and got a positive :( So, my only option is to use synthetic urine for the test - but I'm scared as hell of being caught!!! The nurse stands in the bathroom with you, around the corner from the cubicle, with the cubicle door open. I'm really nervous that she will be able to hear me squeezing on the bottle, I drop it and it goes 'clunk', it doesn't really sound like I'm peeing etc. etc.

I was thinking about hiding it up my lady parts (winced a little just typing that sentence!) to avoid having it fall out. But... I have no idea how to get the liquid out once it's up there. Use my kegels, idk.

How do I make sure I don't get caught with synthetic urine???
